Roy Steinberg
Personal Experience
During the past 30 years in his chiropractic profession, one of the most satisfying aspects was the development and operation of a large, patient-centered chiropractic practice in Bellevue, Washington. Roy’s practice management approach uses universal business and customer service principles as applied to the business of chiropractic in today’s marketplace. The management system is integrated, ethical, and simple to use.
Roy has been providing personalized chiropractic consultant management services to Chiropractors since 2001. He also owns and operates the Massage Center of Bellevue since 2002, employing 12 full time massage therapists. This is primarily a treatment based facility, and he uses the systems and information gained in one arena to benefit the other. Roy’s postdoctoral education includes a 2 year, 800 hour course in Organizational development and change generation conducted through Pacific Integral. Roy realized fairly early on that professional success in chiropractic involved a lot more than what we learned at Chiropractic College. Chiropractors not only need to be excellent clinicians, we also need a fairly large skill set outside the clinical realm.
