SPEAKERS
Jason D. Henderson, DMD, Practice Transition Consultant, OMNI Practice Group – Born in Redwood City and raised in the California Bay Area, Dr. Jason has over 24 years of clinical dental practice experience. He has personally owned and managed several dental practices. His background and experience allow him to provide the dental community with the highest degree of service possible. He is a member of the CDA and the ADA and has had a wonderful experience being a Clinical Professor at the UCSF Dental School. With the aid of his profound interpersonal skills and dental knowledge, he enjoys helping transitioning dentists obtain the highest value for their life’s work. Dr. Jason also enjoys mentoring and representing both new and experienced dental practice owners as it pertains to dental practice ownership. Dr. Jason has been training and speaking to members of the dental community for many years and has a passion for dentistry both from a clinical and non-clinical perspective. He is excited to bring his extensive knowledge as it pertains to the field of dentistry to the dental community in the California Bay Area. Dr. Jason further looks forward to coaching those involved in all forms of dental transitions and doing so from an insider’s point of view. This aspect has given him a unique opportunity to help understand and further negotiate the needs and terms that will best meet his client’s life goals.
Rod Johnston, MBA, CMA, Owner and Principal Broker, OMNI Practice Group – Rod has a vast amount of knowledge, experience, and education in all aspects of business and real estate that provide an incredible value to every medical practice. He has managed, owned, partnered, and consulted with numerous practices throughout the Northwest over the past decade. All have benefited from Rod’s experience in staff management, accounting, marketing, and practice management. Prior to Omni, Rod spent 15 years as Director of Treasury and also Director of Accounting for AT&T Wireless. Rod is a licensed commercial broker and specializes in commercial real estate. He has an MBA from Seattle University, is a Certified Management Accounting, and is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers and the National Association of Practice Brokers.
D. Keith B. Dunnagan, Attorney & CEO, BPE Law Group – Keith, Managing Shareholder at BPE maintains a specialized practice in dental law, representing dentists in California, Nevada and Washington. His expertise ranges from Corporate Formation, Leasing, Succession Planning, Financing and Equipment Purchases as well as successful Practice Sales.
