Rod Johnston, MBA, CMA, Owner and Principal Broker, Omni Practice Group – Rod has a vast amount of knowledge, experience, and education in all aspects of business and real estate that provide an incredible value to every medical practice. He has managed, owned, partnered, and consulted with numerous practices throughout the Northwest over the past decade. All have benefited from Rod’s experience in staff management, accounting, marketing, and practice management. Prior to Omni, Rod spent 15 years as Director of Treasury and also Director of Accounting for AT&T Wireless. Rod is a licensed commercial broker and specializes in commercial real estate. He has an MBA from Seattle University, is a Certified Management Accounting, and is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers and the National Association of Practice Brokers.
Kathy Dennis, Practice Transition Consultant, Omni Practice Group – Kathy has been a dental consultant, practice owner, motivational speaker and author for 30 years. She has touched and improved over 800 dental offices in her career. She is a trusted advisor with many aspects of the business of dentistry. Kathy is a frequent speaker at the CEA Dental Conference. She is the leading industry authority on coding Strategies and Insurance Billing Techniques within California. She has assisted dentists teaching them how to increase patients in their dental office through billing techniques and the best practices in dealing with HMO and PPO insurances. Kathy also covers Sexual Harassment Prevention in the Dental
Workplace.
