Mary Shipp, DDS, BSB, brings a unique perspective to dental practice transitions. With an original career in corporate business, and then decades of experience as a dentist and practice owner, she understands both the business and personal significance of practice ownership.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and School of Dentistry, Mary purchased a practice immediately after earning her DDS and grew it into a successful multi-dentist practice. She is also a dental practice management consultant, HR consultant, CPR instructor, has served on the Scientific Session and Peer Review Committees, and is an ADA member.

Mary’s goal is to help dentists confidently navigate one of the most important professional, personal, and financial transitions of their careers.
