Kevin Brady, Omni Practice Group – Kevin Brady joined Omni Practice Group in 2019 to provide his over 30 years of knowledge and expertise in the dental industry. He will be leading the Omni Practice Group Seminar in Colorado. Also, Kevin is a licensed Colorado dental broker and commercial real estate agent.
Adam Trimborn, Regional Director of Practice Financing, Provide – Responsible for dental acquisitions and transitions for the entire Rocky Mountain Region at Provide, Adam brings strong financial and client relationship management experience he’s earned during his more than 11 years in healthcare lending and banking. Adam specializes in helping our communities’ dentists obtain loans for their unique business needs and has extensive expertise in practice acquisitions, practice startups, expansion and remodel projects, commercial real estate transactions, and debt consolidations.
Josh Austin, Attorney, Mastin Bergstrom – Mr. Austin specializes in business acquisitions and management, with particular emphasis on the dental, veterinarian, and vision fields. Mr. Austin assists with entity formation choices, negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, non-competes, employment agreements, and independent contractor agreements for all types of business entities. Mr. Austin is known as one of the top Colorado attorneys representing dentists, veterinarians, optometrists, and other professionals based on his extensive experience.
