He has thirty-six years of clinical dental practice experience and has personally owned, managed, and sold all fifteen of his practices, including a small group practice that was sold to a public company and listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. F
rank has served as a lead Practice Transition Specialist with Omni Practice Group for over seven years and has sold over 150 practices. He has vast knowledge of DSO purchase structures. Dr. Sciabica is a licensed commercial broker in Washington, California, and Montana.
Megan Urban, Practice Transition Consultant, Omni Practice Group – Megan has been serving the dental industry for over 25 years. She began her journey as a dental assistant and ultimately became a Regional Manager for a large dental group.
