Victor Salant brings more than 35 years of experience working with small and large animal veterinarians, with deep expertise in business development, relationship management, and practice growth. He has worked closely with practice owners and animal health professionals throughout his career, developing a strong understanding of the veterinary marketplace and the business considerations that shape practice ownership and transition decisions.
In addition to his professional work in the veterinary space, Victor is part of the family-run operation at Winding Hill Stables in Northport, New York. That experience has reinforced his appreciation for the commitment, trust, and long-term planning required to build and sustain a successful business.
