This is a fantastic practice for someone who wants a practice in an established family community and that already nets in the high $200K with the doctor working just 3 days a week. It has a great staff and is located in a growing area with a lake view. Currently it operates out of 3 chairs, but has 2 more that can be added for greater profitability.
