He spent six years with EY-Parthenon’s M&A Deal Management practice, advising on the strategy and execution of complex, multibillion-dollar deals across multiple industries. He prides himself in rolling up his sleeves to help clients navigate complexity with confidence, manage details personally, and deliver results that align with his clients’ long-term goals. Before entering the private sector, Emil served as a U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
