Corey Young, MBA, CVA, ABI, Omni Practice Group – Dr. Corey Young joined Omni Practice Group to provide his knowledge and expertise of practice ownership and leads the Omni Practice Group in Ohio. Corey is a licensed Ohio real estate agent specializing in commercial transactions, has a DDS from The Ohio State University and owned and operated a dental practice for 18 years in Galion, Ohio and has an MBA in entrepreneurship and small business management from William Howard Taft University where he did advanced training in both business valuation and commercial real estate. Corey is an Accredited Business Intermediary, a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers, and is a member of the American Business Brokers Association.
Rod Johnston, MBA, CMA, Owner and Principal Broker, Omni Practice Group – Rod has a vast amount of knowledge, experience, and education in all aspects of business and real estate that provide an incredible value to every medical practice. He has managed, owned, partnered, and consulted with numerous practices throughout the Northwest over the past decade. All have benefited from Rod’s experience in staff management, accounting, marketing, and practice management. Prior to Omni, Rod spent 15 years as Director of Treasury and also Director of Accounting for AT&T Wireless. Rod is a licensed commercial broker and specializes in commercial real estate. Thomas Ehrnfelt, Attorney, Waldheger Coyne – Tom joined Waldheger Coyne in 2011. He graduated from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2011 and received his B.A. degree in 2007 from Baldwin-Wallace College. Tom’s practice focuses on business counseling, civil litigation/dispute resolution, and contract law. He also has experience representing individuals and business clients on a broad range of matters, including health law, real estate transactions, intellectual property issues, commercial and residential leases, and employment-related issues.
