– Legal issues regarding dental practice sales, including non-competes, tax structures and allocation, and liabilities
– Real estate issues that must be addressed

SPEAKERS
Kevin Brady, Omni Practice Group – Kevin has been providing support in the dental community for over 30 years. He has been advising dentists as the Sr. Vice President of First Pacific Corporation with innovative business and technology solutions to assist with managing their practices more efficiently, increasing patient care, and achieving maximum productivity. He also helped numerous clients plan and execute successful transitioning of their practices.
Kevin is a Certified Real Estate Broker in Colorado who holds a BS degree in Marketing and a minor in Economics from Utah State University. He has spoken at numerous dental study clubs in multiple states and is an expert in dental business solutions and transition planning.
As a Transition Consultant/Broker at OMNI Practice Group, Kevin will serve alongside the OMNI team of experts to guide dentists with developing customized plans for their smooth practice transitions.
Matt Kroeker SVP, Regional Business Development Officer, Bank of America – Matt is the Regional Sales Manager for Bank of America Practice Solutions for Colorado and Wyoming, helping our doctors start or acquire a practice, purchase real estate or equipment, and evaluate a practice’s overall financial health. Matt has been with Bank of America since 2011 in various roles of leadership, real estate lending, and medical lending. Matt is a two-time Pinnacle Club aware winner. Matt currently resides in Aurora, CO, with his wife Sarah, his son’s Bryce and Brady, and daughter Kinley. In his free time they keep him busy with sports and other activities.
Josh Austin, Attorney, Mastin Bergstrom – Mr. Austin specializes in business acquisitions and management, with particular emphasis on the dental, veterinarian, and vision fields. Mr. Austin assists with entity formation choices, negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, non-competes, employment agreements, and independent contractor agreements for all types of business entities. Mr. Austin is known as one of the top Colorado attorneys representing dentists, veterinarians, optometrists, and other professionals based on his extensive experience. He regularly speaks before dental and veterinary groups providing instruction on the business aspects of their practices.
