SPEAKERS
Megan Urban, Practice Transition Consultant, Omni Practice Group – Megan grew up in dentistry. Her dad was a dentist in Kansas. After relocating to Oregon, she worked as an EFDA and EFODA before working as an office manager and regional manager in the dental industry. She also worked with a dental-specific CPA, and she determined she enjoyed helping dentists to sell and buy practices. Megan is so glad to be selling dental practices and helping buyers find dental practices for OMNI, and since she is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon, Megan can also assist with the sale of your dental condo or building.
Eric Tweed, Lawyer, Saalfeld Griggs, PC – As an attorney in the firm’s Business and Taxation group, Eric advises clients with businesses of all types and sizes. He often works on matters involving business entity formation and maintenance, contract review, non-profit organization and governance, purchase and sale transactions, and intellectual property matters. Eric is a member of the Dental and Veterinary industry groups at Saalfeld Griggs. He spends much of his day advising dentists and veterinarians through the practice transition process. Whether it be helping clients buy or sell a practice, Eric understands the issues specific to these industries and enjoys helping clients reach their goals. Eric draws on his background in non-profit management to assist non-profit organization clients of all kinds. As a musician and songwriter, Eric enjoys advising clients in the creative industries on how best to protect the art they create. Similarly, Eric also advises many of the firm’s clients on trademark and copyright matters.
